Full-Time Nanny Position

Hello, Tallahassee community!

We are the Jacox Family: Dr. Emily Jacox, a Dermatologist, and Cameron Jacox, a healthcare CEO, together with our lovely daughter-to-be and dog Patricia! We live in the heart of our warm and wonderful Tallahassee, in Betton Hills, where the oak trees rustle with stories and our neighbors feel like family.

Today, we're reaching out because we are on the hunt for a truly exceptional person to join our family unit as a full-time nanny. We need someone who loves children, understands their endless curiosity, respects their unique individuality, and can meet their needs with a heart full of compassion.

What we're looking for in our ideal candidate is:

1. Experience: At least several years of childcare experience is preferred. If you’ve spent time teaching or coaching children, those experiences are a plus too!

2. Education: High school diploma or higher education is necessary, a background in early childhood education or similar is ideal but not required.

3. Skillset: Basic understanding of child development, strong communication skills, ability to prepare nutritious meals, good organizational habits, and of course, patience (as anyone who's been around a 3-year-old can attest!)

4. Values: A respectful and caring attitude, the ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment, and an understanding of the importance of a consistent routine for our little one.
